This is 4 bedroom new build contemporary detached property located within the centre of Skipton within the local conservation area and adjacent to Skipton Castle.

The design replaced an existing outdated dwelling with a new modern house which includes bedrooms on the ground floor and living areas and outdoor terrace at first floor to take advantage of the spectacular views from the site.
