Coach House

This part-subterranean house was designed for an area of previously developed land located within an existing conservation area.

The design responds to the existing topography and minimises the impact on the site by becoming part of the landscape. The building will be hidden from view and only revealed upon arrival along the driveway.

It will provide single storey accommodation with large open plan kitchen, dining, living area, en-suite bedrooms and double garage.
