LARK were appointed to design this modern new build family home on an existing area of land located between a number of existing residential properties.

The site constraints were seen as an opportunity to construct a high-quality, site specific bespoke architectural design.

The form of the building, proposed window openings and floor layouts were all carefully considered and positioned to avoid any potential overlooking issues with neighbouring properties.

This has created a successful contextual and modern response to a challenging existing site.
