Green Belt Housing

This is a bespoke exclusive development of five individually designed new homes to be built on previously developed land within the Green Belt in Yorkshire

LARK Architects were appointed to design a high quality carefully considered, new residential scheme.

This included demolition of all existing buildings on the site and re-using/re-distributing the demolished volume within the new proposal to ensure that the proposed scheme would not have an adverse effect upon the Green Belt.

It was designed to respond sensitively to the existing context and strict local and national planning policy requirements.
