This modest contemporary eco-home has been designed to a site specific and sustainable brief from the client.

It provides open plan living and one bedroom at ground floor with a main en-suite bedroom at first floor which takes full advantage of the stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

The design is orientated for maximum solar gain, super insulated and will have photovoltaic panels for powering the home. A low carbon air source heat pump and cooling system will be installed with a green sedum roof, providing this house green sustainable credentials which will significantly exceed building regulations requirements.

Planning permission has been granted and construction is planned to start by November 2024.
