Norland

 This is a bespoke residential development of 2no. new build dwellings. The design is inspired by agricultural buildings within the local context.

The project is located in Green Belt and replaces existing storage buildings which were previously located on the site. It redistributes the volumes of these existing buildings on the site in accordance with national green belt policy. It creates new dwellings designed to take advantage of the spectacular elevated views over the surrounding countryside, and be a sustainable and contemporary interpretation of the local vernacular.

Planning permission was granted in 2023 and is currently under construction.
