Pump House

Conversion of a redundant dilapidated pump house to form a 2 bedroom residential property on the hills above Menston, Leeds.

The Pump House is an old water treatment works beautifully renovated and set in 35 acres of rugged moorland with awe-inspiring 360 vistas of hills and heather, lovingly rescued and restored and set in a peaceful and unspoilt location.

 The refurbishment of the Pump House has been celebrated by the Yorkshire Post in this article.

This project also won an LABC Building Excellence award.
